Join Chef Matt Gordon and the team at Sea & Smoke as they host a butcher’s dinner featuring The Heart and Trotter Butchery.
The dinner will feature, four courses of delicious, meaty entrees while the butchers of Heart and Trotter demonstrate how to break down a forequarter of beef.
The menu will be paired with a unique beverage offering with each course.
Featuring such items as:
- Local Rabbit Tikka with Cardamom-Parsnip Puree.
- Cook Pig’s Ranch Pork Belly with Quail Egg and Mustard Sauce.
- Grass Fed Beef with Smoked Black Currant Sauce.
- Beef Tallow-Stone Fruit Tart.
The dinner is priced at $65 per person (plus tax and 20% gratuity) and includes the drink pairings.
