House Made Deli Meats and Sandwiches:
We make all of our deli meats in house with our own recipes including 100% grass-fed pastrami, roast beef, bologna, mortadella, porchetta, hot dogs, etc by hand. This sets us a part from every other deli in San Diego. We don’t use chemical binders, preservatives or tenderizers in any of our deli meats.
We serve ready to eat sandwiches every Thursday, Friday and Saturday of each week.
All of our fresh charcuterie is made in house with our own recipes without the use of chemical fillers, preservatives, or binders. We believe simplicity is key. We only use meats from our ranchers and high quality all natural ingredients and spices. Thats all!
