Learn the basics of sausage making and sausage recipes in this 2-3 hour class. Eight students will learn step-by-step how to make sausage in the home. Each student will choose 1 of 3 sausages to prepare, season, and pipe the meat into natural hog casings. This class is great for groups of all ages. This is a hands-on class and each student will bring home 2-3 pounds of their own sausage prepared during class. Classes start at 7Pm
